Terms & Conditions

- All enrolments are auto enrolled term by term so children keep spaces and if you would not like to continue you MUST give us 3 weeks notice prior the next term starting to allow us to offer the space to somone else. If this is not done and all invoices are generated then the full term MUST be paid. We have to have this policy in place to ensure classes have enough numbers to run and we do not have to pull classes last minute and let other children down. - Attendance: Good attendance is crucial, we are a dance school who works alongside a syllabus and also works on show and performance pieces. We ask for as good attendance as possible so students do not miss too much and our teachers do not have to play catch up each lesson. We have Whatsapp groups for all classes to ensure all parents can get in contact with your children's teachers.

- Uniform: Correct uniform MUST be worn in lessons

- Payments must be paid within three weeks of receiving the invoice failure will result in 10% being added.

- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved 

- No Limits Dance Studios or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

- No Limits Dance Studios reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of contagious illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. 

- If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather or staff illness, No Limits Dance Studios will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded
